Functions:-- Gathering information on needs.
- Gathering information on services and advice available.
- Identifying problem areas of concern to senior citizens.
- Passing the above information to other groups and authorities.
- Combining our efforts with other action groups.
- Supporting viable district centres for basic living needs to prevent isolation by the inability to travel to town shoppng centres.
- Attending Telford & Wrekin Council Bus Users' Group.
Help Needed
The Forum is very anxious to hear from anyone who is a bus user, who has an ability to use a computer and would like to help older people have access to a user-friendly bus service in Telford. If you think you may be able to spare a few hours each month, please contact Anne-Marie, Forum Coordinator.
