About this guide
The Active Healthy Lives health promotion programme for older people at the PCT and the Senior Citizens' Forum have worked together to produce this guide. We want to support everyone to stay socially active and involved into later life.Lots of voluntary organisations, housing schemes, parish councils, faith groups and many hard working individuals run activities all over the borough - these are just some of the things you can take part in.
