Dancing

Dancing provides moderate exercise in sociable surroundings. It helps to keep your memory in working order since you need to remember the steps. It has been shown that rhythmic movement is very in reducing stress levels. Dancing will also help to improve the muscles which you use to keep your balance.

If you would like to join a dancing class or club the following list of venues may be helpful. It is not a complete list of all the opportunities to go dancing. If you would like your dance venue listed please email the Forum. Not all venues offer tuition.
